Lance Armstrong and steroids?

Did Lance Armstrong take steroids. I wanted to be sure so I went on the fourm and one set of people are saying one thing and another set is saying somthing else. For one he eaither did or did not right so why is everyone arguing. Also, I need this to be verified 100%. Thankyou for your time.
