Obtaining a minister's license? Baptist or no affiliated?

I am feeling a strong call from God to act on this. I know I could go through some local Baptist churches, but are there legitimate non-denominational organizations that will license and ordain ministers that aren't instant paypal pay licensing outfits or ones that carry popcorn fart beliefs? I do not want lincensure from an organization that makes it easy to get licensed. I'm talking about an organization that believes in the true word of God and not some universalism outfit. I'm married and a dad of three so I can't exactly quit my career and leave for a seminary. Thanks
