Swollen stretch marks on bum after pilonidal cyst lancing?

I had to go to the ER tuesday night to get my pilonidal cyst lanced and drained, it was very very painful and had been bothering me for a long time. It's all healed up now, but now I have a few stretch marks on the right side of my bum right above where the surgery was, and they are inflamed and swollen. They hurt almost as much as the cyst did.
